Yes, Teams is very similar to Zoom. Many businesses use it as it works well with other Microsoft products.

I already use Teams for conference calls. But it doesn't allow you to call landlines or cell phones at low prices. WhatsApp is our family choice for social calls and also some business calls especially with my LATAM contacts

I dont think it's possible to port the number. It seems that Sonetel allocates you a number once you sign up.

The Sonetel guys have a load of numbers in different countries. Pretty impressed with the selection of towns that are available in the UK

The 500 fee is likely to increase in line with inflation. Yes, $ 300 was great! But unlikely to see that again in the short term But this is Argentine and the economy never behaves according to expectations!

@Uncle Wong , I havent eaten there for 4 months. I cant recall to be honest and if i could it would no longer be relevant beacuse of inflation. In any case at the time , boith seemed to be reasonable.
