    On the flip side, there are a LOT of Jaywalkers and there is no fines or police don't care about them. I hate Jaywalkers...although I don't know why. Ha. I'm kind of a pain in the ass like that.

    Yes, my plan also is going up almost 40% next month. My daughter has OSDE and she didn't hear yet or receive notice if that is going up. Please if anyone gets a notice about OSDE please post.

    I've never met ANY Argentine with a mortgage. They are almost non-existent here. Some architects I know have secured short bridge loans to renovate and subsequently sell a property within 1 or 2 years. However, the norm for the average person is to pay in cash. Like literally $100 US bills...
