The situation in the bakeries is very bad. I met a woman in Palermo that recently closed down her bakery. 25 years and she finally had to close. She said people don't have money like they did before. Very sad.

The biggest expenses is good schools here. Any school that speaks some English is about $1,000 per month per child and the English or British schools can be over double that price. Rental prices have also gone up. Don't come without a very stable job paying in foreign currency.
