    Yes. I got one the other day. I now check every single bill from the money exchange firms. I would think it costs some money to make these. Hard to believe they go through all this trouble for $2 bucks.

    I have seen long lines of people waiting for their irises to be scanned, I guess in exchange for money...is this legal?

    Welcome I have to give you a lot of credit and a brownie point for trying. Just keep in mind that if you're going to travel more, you might have to jump through hoops like that. Or, as mentioned, start using eSIMs.

    This is indeed a very positive step, both for Argentine citizens and for us as foreigners. I sincerely hope that this law gets approved. It would contribute significantly to improving competition in the global economy.
