Newcomer 120v Clothes Steamer

Hello! I brought my clothes steamer here but it's 120v and I don't want to kill it with the 220v....does everyone here iron their clothes predominantly or has anyone seen steamers for sale? Or do they utilize the laundry services? Thanks so much for any info!

I have a steamer from the USA, and I use a transformer. I bought it at a discount store, so it’s easy to find, and you shouldn't have any trouble getting one. You could even find one at a hardware store.
