The restaurant is truly stunning, with a modern and elegant décor. The layout of the tables is excellent, and from there, you can see the activity in the kitchen, creating a captivating atmosphere.
The service provided by the waiters and sommeliers is exceptional; each dish is presented in great detail, including its ingredients and origin. It's a complete experience of delight in 20 steps.
We start with the appetizers, which include delights such as exquisite oysters, pumpkin cannolis, trout roe, razor clams, and olives that melt in your mouth, among other treats.
The main courses are equally extraordinary, ranging from a fresh catch to a flavorful pork ragù, along with some prawns and an exceptional potato risotto. The slow-cooked sweetbreads are simply amazing, with a perfect combination of textures and flavors.
The experience continues in the second part, where we ascend to the first floor to enjoy desserts in a more relaxed atmosphere. The three desserts are a true delight, with exquisite flavors and impeccable presentation.
Its cost is high but it is really worth it:
$250,000 pesos, plus $100,000 if you do the suggested wine pairing with premium wines.
I highly recommend the experience
