I just saw this today. I didn't know the Irish community is so bad in Argentina. Thanks to @Argentina Expat as I got the email news from him.
Argentina is home to one of the largest Irish communities outside English-speaking countries, with an incredible 500,000 people of Irish descent!
And recently, their voice - The Southern Cross newspaper - celebrated its 150th birthday.
Founded in 1875 in Buenos Aires, it's the oldest Irish newspaper published outside Ireland.
Starting in English (with some Irish language lessons!), it switched to Spanish in 1977 and went digital in 2020.
