Axel Kicillof is a moron of the biggest proportions. I saw this Tik Tok today and laughed. Aexl Kicillof, who is the governor of Buenos Aires is seen in this inauguration of a road/tunnel that he said the private sector wasn't able to accomplish as good as the government. Shortly after the first rain, the road became totally flooded and unusable!
