With almost zero possibility of signing opinions, the General Legislation commissions - headed by the libertarian Bartolomé Abdala -; Budget and Treasury; and Constitutional Affairs of the Senate will try to finalize this Thursday the hearing of speakers for the Bases Law and the fiscal package.
Despite the already unusual optimistic messages that come from the Casa Rosada to put pressure on the Upper House, the truth is that the ruling party had no chance of drafting dispatches last night. The reasons are several.
First, and after the Government was open to receiving proposals for changes to the laws, the dialogue opposition took advantage of the window to delay the debate and slow down the presentation of final proposals that the ruling party must evaluate.
Although several did so, between the next few hours and tomorrow the most important suggestions will appear . As happens more and more often, some legislators with high egos seek to be the last to make it happen so that they remain the supposed arbiters of the compulsive process.
