I finished my week in Buenos Aires very strong with a business lunch at Garibaldi Restaurant in Costanera near Aeroparque Airport. I came a few times several years ago when it was another restaurant. The view is really beautiful right on the water. It's a unique dining experience. There is a big sign on the outside of the walkway but you have to walk down the cement pier. There is a guy in the front that can guide you where to go. You will see the sailboats docked and you walk down the path.
Note there is parking by the restaurant as well if you have a car. It's a VERY romantic spot. The food is decent. I wouldn't say it's excellent but good but the most unique thing about it is it's location and ambience. The staff is all friendly. Just note on a sunny day it can get warm if you're sitting by the window as it's all glass.
You can see the location and reviews here on the Google Maps - https://maps.app.goo.gl/CErnPFaEcRuYZe948
It has over 4,160 reviews with an average rating of 4.3 stars. Make sure to have reservations as it gets packed. It opened at 12 PM and my reservation was for 12:30 PM but by 1 PM every seat was already taken.
Here are some photos of the food as well as the receipt. Food prices are VERY cheap right now in Buenos Aires. I'm not even sure how restaurants make money at these prices. I paid $58 US equivalent plus a tip.
What I like about it is that many locals have never been here. The other business associates have lived in Buenos Aires all their lives but never had been here so it was nice bringing them to the restaurant for a memorable business meeting on the water.
