In the Belgrano area comprised of Av. Cabildo, Olazábal, Congreso and Conesa, the average value per m2 of the units under construction broke the downward trend. 18th annual RI survey with new interactive panel.

Regarding the renowned Buenos Aires neighborhood of Belgrano, given its extension and the differential dynamics of real estate developments over its geography, Real Estate Report carries out four specific surveys of works under construction in that neighborhood.

One of them within the sector known as Belgrano C, another in the area surrounding the Belgrano R station, the sector bordering Colegiales and the one in question on a vertex bordering the Nuñez neighborhood, included between Avdas. Cabildo, Olazabal, Congreso and Conesa Street.

In this sector, which includes 36 blocks, surveyed for the eighteenth consecutive year, there are currently 31 residential developments under construction, last year there were 34.
The current surface area under construction approached 100,000 m2 in the last 3 years, marked as follows a record in the entire series that Real Estate Report has been carrying out since 2005.

Currently, the ranges of values requested per unit of surface are between 3,240 U$S/m2 and a maximum value of 3,838 U$S/m2.

The values of individual garages are between $30,000 and $35,000.
