October once again showed a good number of sales and purchases in the Province of Buenos Aires, with 9,729 acts, it is the best October since 2017 at the height of the UVA boom
The month of October surprises again with the amount reported by the PBA College of Notaries, being the best October since the same month of 2017, when the boom in UVA credits took place.
The average of the series for the accumulated of the first 10 months of the year is 82,714 writings, being in the current year the accumulated of 72,722, so we are still 12% below the historical average, but still in the best levels of the last 5 years.
It must also be taken into account that these numbers do not include “ticket transfers”, something very common in the province, especially in suburban segment markets (countries and gated communities). As we have been saying for months for both CABA and PBA, the drop in values would be pulling in demand.
