Building construction cost in PH
November 14, 2023During October the cost increased well above the CPI. In blue dollars it barely decreased. Monthly series since August 2008.
The selected model, on which the construction cost is updated monthly, responds to a typology widely disseminated today. It corresponds to a building between party walls of eight floors plus a retreat on a lot of 8.70 meters. facing the street, composed of two-room semi-flats. The model is based on a real case of construction of a completed building. The work is carried out through separate contracts, under the direction and coordination of a professional. Values do not include VAT, construction company and/or developer profits, professional fees, taxes and/or duties.
Includes variation in pesos, in official BNA dollars and in marginal dollars with monthly update since August 2008, variation in percentage, base index 100 since August 2008, Value in $ and U$S discriminated for total area and for salable area, cost detail by category of work, graphic support and access to a link to download an Excel spreadsheet.
