In relation to the initial month of the last triennium (December 2020), the current cost increased 47.5%, going from US$ 529/m2 to 780 at the beginning of the last month of this 2023, although the term should be taken into consideration. where construction was closed and then limited by confinement in 2020 and during which the sharp drop in cost due to devaluation could not be effectively transferred to the works.
