In October, Reporte Inmobiliario added a total of 23,946 reliable data points for used apartments on the market in Buenos Aires, ranging from one to three bedrooms.
The average price per square meter (m²) in October 2024 showed year-over-year increases across all apartment types compared to October 2023. Smaller studio units saw the highest average price increase at 6.34%. One-bedroom apartments had the smallest fluctuation, with only a 0.76% rise, while the average price per m² for two- and three-bedroom apartments increased by 4.78% and 12.17%, respectively.

In Buenos Aires, smaller units have the highest price per unit measure (USD/m²), with this price decreasing as room count increases. The citywide average price per m² for a studio was USD 2,096, while units with one, two, and three bedrooms averaged USD 1,856, USD 1,774, and USD 1,742 per m², respectively.
The average price for a used studio apartment reached USD 67,500 in October. At the higher end, a four-room unit averaged USD 150,000, while one- and two-bedroom units averaged USD 79,000 and USD 109,725, respectively.
