There are some great restaurants over in that area. It is growing quickly. I have some local friends that live over there and they really enjoy the location.

Most likely will change like the other authentic neighborhoods. Lots of developers are now buying land there so it will probably go the same way as Soho soon.

Agree. Any area that is close to the city will most likely get gentrified and will change.

Chacarita was chosen as one of the 38 coolest neighborhoods in Latin America, ranking at number 23. It's known for its blend of tradition and modernity, with streets that preserve the architecture of past eras. It’s also worth mentioning that its food scene is one of the best. Recently, thanks to some friends, I discovered the nightlife there, and it's amazing, with a vibrant atmosphere. Definitely worth checking out!
