Exceptional quality! All the dishes are tempting; the empanadas are delicious with a perfect, juicy, and slightly spicy dough. The grilled sausage is smooth and tasty. The vacuum-cooked beef, just right, was delightful. They also offer a beautiful selection of wines. The only observation I would make is that the place can be a bit noisy.

The prices are a bit high, but the experience is worth it. The main dish of vacuum-cooked beef with gratin cauliflower cost $16,000, the empanadas appetizer was $8,000, and the wine I chose was $10,000. I spent approximately 34 USD.
