Does anyone have any information or purchased in the new development of Alma Palermo by G & D Developers?

Has anyone purchased in this development by G &D Developers in Palermo? It is located on Medrano 1244 which is very close to Palermo Soho but not in Soho which I prefer as it is too busy and loud. I am looking for a two-bedroom apartment. If anyone has any information if you can post or feel free to DM me. I am scheduled to go see it tomorrow.

G & D Developers are very reputable and our firm has been working with them for over 20+ years. They are good and ethical people. We agree with you that Palermo Soho has become very touristy and loud on many streets. This is a good project. You can see the location is just a few blocks away from the heart of Palermo Soho. It's a great location. One of our clients is making an offer on one of the 2 bedroom units in this building.

We believe there are only 2 units left with the two-bedroom floor plan and they are both on the 1st floor. Most of the building is completely sold out already. The project is only about 6 months from completion.

This looks like a good project too. That is the same builder of the penthouse apartment I bought. My building didn't have a pool. This area I really liked. I like it because it is just a few blocks from Palermo Soho but not right in the middle of it. The apartment I bought is just a few blocks away from this one.

I checked out this project and it looks nice. But they told me I had to pay in cash. I had heard that some of you paid via bank wire to Gyd for another property. Does anyone know if there is a way to do that for this property too?

We just made an offer on behalf of one of our clients last week on this building. They do not have a bank account abroad for this property but our firm is working with them to try to establish a way to pay abroad but it is not yet finalized.
