Dry Cleaning Prices: Is This Normal or Just Crazy?

Hey everyone! Just wondering, how much are you all paying for dry cleaning lately? I just got charged 18K for a single shirt… is that normal, or am I getting ripped off? 😅

I paid around 12K for a jacket last year, so I guess that's the new average now 🥲. I ended up just buying a washer/dryer to save myself from these insane prices!

Costs at least in Buenos Aires have really skyrocketed and probably will keep going up. I know I own and manage several properties in Buenos Aires and all across town they have really jumped up. It went from not being much to spending about 17,000 pesos to wash sheets/bedding/towels for one apartment stay. Washing in a machine is impossible because of the constant turn over. Costs have definitely jumped up.

With salaries, rents and especially utilities (electricity, gas and water) going up, it has caused a surge. Things like insurance also go up causing places to raise their rates.
