Over the years, IMPERIO has always been the place to go for an authentic traditional style pizza with moscato. The generous amount of mozzarella and that characteristic oil that permeates the pizza are simply wonderful. It is a classic, old-style pizzeria that offers pizza sliced to eat quickly. An experience not to be missed. In my opinion, after trying pizzas in Chile, Peru, Argentina, Miami, Mexico and France, I consider IMPERIO to be among the best. The dough is soft and fluffy, the tomato sauce has an artisanal touch and the abundant mozzarella is surprisingly smooth. Even for a big eater, a family pizza for two is more than enough. You might even have a little left over.
