This place is fantastic. A typical Buenos Aires bodegón where you can enjoy wonderful food at an excellent price. They recommend dishes, and the grill chef prepares everything right in front of you, while the waiter swiftly navigates between tables. Most people seem to be regular customers, a testament to the quality of the place. We went in the evening, early, and almost all the tables were already taken (there aren't many because the place is small). Later on, there was even a line forming to get in. We liked it so much that we went back the next day for lunch. A spectacle! They work tirelessly. I highly recommend it. In short, a great find!

As a colorful fact, El Rebenque de Omar is the parilla where Robert de Niro ate in Buenos Aires while filming one of the most popular scenes of the series "Nada", in which he stars alongside renowned Argentine actor Luis Brandoni.
The comedy strip with moments of drama is based on the story of a food critic who loses the maid who worked with him for 40 years. As the protagonist works in Gastronomy, the scene took on great importance.

This place has a typical "bodegón" ambience, but its strongest dishes are the meats. In fact, the well-known actors choose a dish to share. The bife de chorizo a caballo (with fried eggs) is one of the strongest dishes of the house.
