Banco Ciudad announced the online auction of 11 lots in the Olympic District of Villa Soldati , a growing area with great potential for real estate development. The auction, organized on behalf of and by order of the Fideicomiso Corporación Buenos Aires Sur , will take place on February 14th starting at 10 a.m. through the bank's official platform.
The plots on offer have varied surface areas and are suitable for different housing projects.
With base prices starting at USD 124,000 , the auction represents an opportunity for investors and developers interested in expanding in the southern part of Buenos Aires.
For example, among the proposals there is a 900 square meter lot, located at Calle a Ceder 4575, between Av. Escalada and Calle a Ceder.
Interested parties can consult the conditions for participating in the auction online. Unlike auctions of houses without heirs, there are no visits to the land.
In addition, participants must provide an electronic address (email) and make a security deposit equivalent to 10% of the base value of the lot they wish to purchase.
