The 4-room apartments usually exceed 200 covered square meters and in the high-end towers where they are located, expenses of more than $250,000 per month are paid.
Within the Buenos Aires real estate market, 4-room apartments have gained prominence, sometimes sought after by those who use a bedroom as an area for teleworking. These spaces are especially appreciated by those who value spaciousness, extensive views, security and comforts.
Currently there are more than 14,000 for sale with these characteristics in the different Buenos Aires neighborhoods. The challenge arises for those who are looking for them for rent, there are only around 200 units available, and most of them are offered in dollars and intended for temporary contracts, and they are also the ones that increased their rental price the most year-on-year with 358 percent.
These residences stand out for their double or triple circulation spaces, and in some cases, they have more than one kitchen. Special importance is given to the inclusion of desks, playrooms and outbuildings. In the high-end units, expenses exceed $250,000 per month.
