Food & Drink Gastronomic district under a bridge... where is it?

Hey everyone! I’m new to BA and just starting to explore the city. I’m already falling in love with its beauty. I was wondering if you know exactly where that food district mentioned by the guy in the video is. I want to check it out this weekend, it looks like a really cool spot.

Looks like that's the area under the train tracks in the area called Arcos Del Rosedale by the Tres de Febrero park.

I’m also new to BA and exploring the city. I love Argentine cuisine, and that place looks amazing! The nights here are vibrant, and it seems like there are so many great options in a cozy setting. It’s definitely somewhere I can’t miss! Thanks for the info; I’ll keep it in mind
