Exciting news, I'm getting married! 🥰 Now I’m on the hunt for a talented tailor who can bring my vision for the perfect wedding dress to life. I'm not looking for anything too extravagant, just a simple and elegant dress that fits my style without going overboard on the budget.

I’d prefer to avoid the usual ateliers in Palermo and would love some recommendations for a local tailor who can create a custom-made dress that matches my idea perfectly.

Some people have suggested buying my own fabric, but I have no idea where to start with that or how to go about it.

Congrats on the upcoming wedding! How exciting. Unfortunately I dont' know of any tailors but hopefully people here can help. Clothes are so outrageously expensive in Buenos Aires. All the people that I know that got married in Buenos Aires still shopped for their dress in the USA and not in Argentina as the prices are so crazy. Good luck on the wedding.

Have to agree with @earlyretirement. Clothing here even on nothing special clothes are 3x the cost of back in the States. I had a few girlfriends that got married here but they bought their dresses in the States. Still, there must be talented designers here but it will probably cost a small fortune.

I always laugh when I see the cost of clothing here. Such a rip off!

They have very beautiful dresses. This is why my Goddaughter used for her wedding dress. I am not sure on pricing.
