Here's a reference for the salaries of registered employees who are paid monthly. Keep in mind that they also receive retirement contributions and health insurance benefits.

I’m paying my employee 4,000 pesos per hour plus travel expenses.


 
I pay her 5,000 plus travel expenses per hour. The rate specified by the domestic worker agreement here in Argentina is a joke. I also pay her a bonus and vacation time, even though she’s not officially registered. I’ve known her for a while, and she’s happy with us.
 
We're paying 6k/hour plus transport, and adjusting for inflation roughly every 3 months. Our last adjustment was at the beginning of August, so we'll be adjusting it again in November.
