With a base price of US$206,000 and a security deposit of US$6,180 , this unit has an open view of the Buenos Aires fairgrounds and has: a main entrance with a landing, a living/dining room with a balcony, a first bedroom, a second internal bedroom and a full bathroom. The auctions of real estate with vacant estates located in the City of Buenos Aires are carried out by Banco Ciudad on behalf of and at the request of the Attorney General of the City of Buenos Aires, and are characterized by offering properties that may include lots, apartments, PHs, houses, offices, commercial premises, undivided shares and garages. Banco Ciudad carries out the appraisal, exhibition and sale by public auction using the online , 100% digital modality, thus allowing the participation of interested parties from all over the country. The income obtained from these sales is destined by law to the Permanent Education Fund.

Interested parties must register up to 48 business hours before the start date and participation requires a security deposit corresponding to a percentage of the base value of the property to be purchased (amount that will be returned in full if the bidder does not make a bid or if the bid is not successful). The successful bidder may request possession and pay the balance of the price in advance after signing the sales contract.
