The start of the session is scheduled for 10 today, while the ruling party's negotiations continue to secure the votes to give half a sanction to the project.
In advance, the La Libertad Avanza bloc , with its 38 legislators , is far from the 129 necessary to maintain the quorum and the majority to approve articles without the need to reach a consensus with the opposition.
