Inland rentals for 2- and 3-room apartments increased by more than 300% year-on-year on average. Data for each type and in 11 locations.
The number of two-room units on offer increased by 308.6% year-on-year in the main towns in the interior of the country surveyed quarterly by RI, while the number of three-room units increased by 327.4% year-on-year on average in the same locations. The quarterly increases remain high, with two-room units increasing by 37.9% and three-room units increasing by 41.5% in the last quarter.
