Is there anyway to contact Customer Service at Mercado Libre if you aren't a customer? Fraud Charges. Help.

Does anyone know a way to get a hold of Mercado Libre customer service? As luck would have it, I am planning to make my glorious entrance back to Buenos Aires after a few years away. COVID kept me away for a few years and I rented out my apartment for many years to a friend. Now I'm kicking him out as he doesn't want to pay my increased rent. I gave him a great rate for many years during the lock down and even since and market rates are much higher. I will just rent it on Airbnb now.

Any hoo, I noticed a bunch of credit card charges for Mercado Libre and I don't yet have an account as I don't have a DNI yet. I need to contact them as my bank is asking me to first make an attempt to contact them. I'd rather not cancel this credit card as it is a pain as I am in Brazil and I'd have to get it sent here which takes time. It's just a small amount and I wanted to talk to someone but it's been impossible.

You may want to try servicioalcliente@mercadopago.com. That has worked before for me.
 
You can try the DM at Twitter but even that sometimes takes days. They are a horrible service when you have issues. I would just go the route of telling your bank you didn't do it and you already talked to the merchant to tell them and you don't know what it is. They will have to cancel your card however and send you a new one. The same thing happened to me.
