The Chocolate Factory

This weekend marks the fourth edition of the fair dedicated 100% to the world of chocolate.

You will be able to enjoy this delicacy in all its forms: chocolates, bars, truffles, fondue, hot chocolate, alfajores, cookies, crêpes, fine pastries, chocolate sticks, waffles, liqueurs, ice cream, beer with cocoa, among other cocoa-based delicacies.

There will also be stands with equipment and accessories, open classes, special tastings and more surprises.

Activities

In addition to visiting the stalls, masterclasses and demonstrations will be held over the two days, where different preparations with chocolate will be made by renowned chocolatiers, pastry chefs and cooks.

This year there will be an extra challenge: they will make a chocolate bar of about 30 metres, the longest made in the City. The challenge will allow you to discover the mysteries of chocolate and learn about the production process and the trade. Once the objective is achieved, the mega bar will be distributed among the visitors. If you want to try it, don't miss the 70% chocolate waterfall, with tasting for the public, and try your luck on a Ferris wheel with gifts.

An interesting experience will be the cacao ceremony, which, based on Mayan tradition, proposes uniting body, mind and soul.
Another possibility will be to tour, through virtual reality, the cacao farms of cacao-producing countries such as Ecuador, Peru, Brazil and West Africa.
