Property auctions are often a great opportunity for those looking to purchase a home at a low cost . On this occasion, Banco Ciudad will hold an auction of nine units on October 23. They are distributed in the following neighborhoods: Palermo, Recoleta, Villa Urquiza, Villa Devoto, Paternal, Mataderos, Villa Crespo and Vélez Sarsfield.

The prices of these units are in dollars and range from US$63,000 to a base price of US$666,666 depending on the area in which they are located and whether it is a plot of land, apartment or house.

Studio apartment​

The Recoleta neighborhood has two units that will be presented in the auction on October 23 organized by Banco Ciudad. One of them is a studio located at Santa Fe Avenue 2363, which has a base price of US$70,000 and a security deposit of US$2,100 .

How to participate in auctions​

The auctions of real estate with vacant estates located in the City of Buenos Aires are carried out by Banco Ciudad on behalf of and at the request of the Attorney General of the City of Buenos Aires, and are characterized by offering properties that may include lots, apartments, PHs, houses, offices, commercial premises, undivided shares and garages. Banco Ciudad carries out the appraisal, exhibition and sale by public auction using the online , 100% digital modality, thus allowing the participation of interested parties from all over the country. The income obtained from these sales is destined by law to the Permanent Education Fund.

Interested parties must register up to 48 business hours before the start date and participation requires a security deposit corresponding to a percentage of the base value of the property to be purchased (amount that will be returned in full if the bidder does not make a bid or if the bid is not successful). The successful bidder may request possession and pay the balance of the price in advance after signing the sales contract.
