You have the option of grabbing a taxi from the cruise terminal to the Downtown Manuel Tienda Leon Airport Bus Terminal. They provide luggage storage services for their patrons. You can safely store your luggage and subsequently organize your transportation to the airport using their Airport Shuttle or Private Car services.

Another option is reaching out to your cruise company for assistance.
There's a Sheraton Hotel in proximity to the terminal; however, it's uncertain whether they provide luggage storage services for non-guests. You might want to send an email inquiry to the Sheraton for clarification.
