Ménage à trois gone wrong - French Ruby players accused of rape allowed to go back to France

I was following the case of these two French Ruby players that were accused of raping a 39-year-old woman in Mendoza while they were there for a Ruby match. It seems the lady might have made up the entire story. She tried to commit suicide a few days ago. The players have been allowed to go back to France. They have been under house arrest for the past 2 months.

I guess the lesson here is don't do threesomes with strangers in Argentina.

Maybe in France this sort of ménage à trois is normal. The security cameras show that the woman was ok when she left their room. I doubt they will ever return to Argentina once they get back home.

If I was a higher profile person or athlete there is no way I would engage in anything like this while traveling. Too much potential for scams or to get set up and then sued or arrested. Just not worth it.

Agree. Plus prostitution is legal in Argentina so safer to go that route vs. something like this.

Sounds like the woman has a few mental issues. Bruises are explained by some illness she had.
