BCH mortgage loan conditions
- The loan grants up to $200 million , both for acquisition and construction, and 75% of the value of the property is financed . In the case of completion, up to 60% of the budget value is financed with a maximum of up to $75 million and 100% of the guarantee value is applicable without exceeding 35%, up to a total of $75 million.
- The maximum payment period is up to 20 years (240 installments) and with a minimum of 5 years (60 installments)
- Amortization system: French , monthly
- The capital is adjustable by UVA
- The rate is 3.5% for those who have a salary account and 8% for those who do not credit their earnings to the bank.
Requirements for access
- The monthly fee to be paid cannot exceed 25% of the applicant's income.
- All residents of the province of Chubut , between 18 and 65 years old , can apply . They cannot be over 75 years old at the time of the end of the credit.
- They must have one year of seniority in the workplace, both for self-employed workers and for employees in a dependent relationship.
