The credit offered by this banking entity is in pesos, adjustable by UVA , with a nominal annual rate of 4.90% for those who collect their income at the bank and 7.9% for the open market . These are UVA mortgage loans for the acquisition of housing for permanent use or investment and also for home renovation.
The maximum term of the credit is up to 30 years, with a maximum of $250 million . Up to 75% of the appraised value is financed in the case of purchase and up to 25% of the appraised value for home renovation .

To be able to access this mortgage loan , the relationship between the loan fee and the applicant's income may be up to 25%.
