Omnibus Law: the ruling party sent the final project that it will take to the venue and the dialogue blocks define a position

The cards seem to be played and times are accelerating ahead of the session that La Libertad Avanza seeks to carry out next Tuesday, in order to achieve half-sanction of the Omnibus Law.
The project , which contains more than 500 articles, is reviewed in its entirety by the opposition blocs, who sent all dissent, doubts and requests for modifications to the government's legislative representatives.

During the morning the final document arrived with all the proposed changes. It is the text that will be brought to the venue next Tuesday or at least that is the intention of the ruling party.

The project finally has 387 pages and establishes the articles with the modifications that were discussed with the dialogue opposition. Now the time has come for the blocks of the Radical Civic Union and the We Make Federal Coalition to control whether what was agreed was reflected in the final proposal.

Added to this is that these blocks that signed the opinion , along with the PRO deputies, did so in dissent . Then they will stop focusing on the modifications. “Today we have four block meetings based on topics and titles of the law,” explained a source of radicalism. “You have to prepare for the session, which is going to be very long ,” he added.

Estimates indicate that, in the context in which the conversations took place and the extent of the project, the session could last up to three days . That is why they now have to work on a new process, which is the “script” of the session . That is, how each of the changes are going to be introduced in the articles, whether they are going to be read and voted by block of articles or by chapters. All this is what will be reflected next Monday when the Parliamentary Labor meeting is held, the meeting in which the presidents of each of the 14 blocks that the Chamber of Deputies has today agree on what the session will be like.

The negotiations were not simple and this caused the dialogue opposition to understand that a good part of the meetings were a waste of time and, as a consequence, a loss of patience and trust. That's why the block advisors are putting together a new traffic light these days , but this time the colors mean different things.

What the new indicator shows is article by article where the one in green is the one that will be accompanied, the yellow is where modifications were established but part of the text still needs to be modified and those that are in red are the ones that will be included. They were not modified and are not included in the particular vote.

Yesterday the Casa Rosada decided to take back the reins of the negotiations and sent to Congress the vice chief of the Nation's Cabinet, José Rolandi , who settled in the office of the president of the Lower House, Martín Menem, and carried out the negotiations with part of the dialogical opposition. The other person in charge of leading meetings was José Luis Espert.

In those meetings, progress was made on some points but they are not completely closed. A fundamental one is the co-participation of money laundering. Initially, the proceeds were going to be shared, but in the middle of the negotiations the Government decided that it was going to be used to finance the Central Bank. In the last few hours the Executive decided to return to the original scheme and the debate seems to have been settled since Javier Milei and his team seek to tempt the governed who have been complaining about the funds.
