This place has a typically quaint and pleasant ambiance. However, the service leaves much to be desired, as it is rather slow and the waiters seem to be inattentive, especially in the beautiful lounge in the basement, where they rarely make an appearance. Although the prices in general are high, I understand that the public that frequents this place can afford it, but the service is not up to par with the careful ambience.
The general ambience of the place is simply perfect, standing out for the combination of music and elegance that you will hardly find in other cafés. The gastronomic offer is very good, with a wide variety of sandwiches and prices that are not excessive for a café of this type. It offers tables both outside and inside, although the latter are somewhat close together, which contributes to generate a considerable level of noise. The pastries are of high quality, the prices are reasonable and the service of the waiters is correct. The restrooms are equipped with everything necessary, although they could benefit from more constant attention in terms of hygiene, as some customers do not cooperate in maintaining cleanliness. Nevertheless, it is a place that is always worth returning to.
