In the city of Buenos Aires, the real estate market offers a wide range of options: among those with three rooms there are more than 22,000 apartments for sale. In contrast, the traditional rental offer is limited, with less than 150 options in the city, while temporary locations exceed 600, with values that exceed $700,000 per month.

In the premium segment, more than 2,500 apartments are for sale above USD 500,000, occupying emblematic buildings and others with a rich history.

Below is a list of the 6 three-room apartments located in various neighborhoods, which stand out among the most sought-after properties currently on different specialized portals.
