The price per m2 in August was only 0.52% lower than that registered in the same month of 2022.
When proceeding to open the price by number of rooms, in the sales of studio apartments a price per m2 of 1,834 dollars was recorded, while the closing value of the 2 and 3 room units was 1,817 U$S/m2 and of 1,744 U$S/m2 respectively. Studio was stable, one-bedrooms showed the greatest increase of the typologies and two-bedrooms showed their average price in the last month.
The gap between the value per m2 of the operations completed in August 2023, in relation to the last published value of the property, commonly known as the counteroffer range, was -6.49.
