Apartment rental prices in CABA increased by 1.9% in April
Rents in April increased 1.9% compared to the previous month
Rents in the city of Buenos Aires continue to increase and it is characterized by being the area of the Buenos Aires Metropolitan Area (AMBA) with the greatest search for studio apartments to rent. Since the repeal of the rental law passed in 2020, and its subsequent update in October 2023, on December 29 of last year when the DNU signed by Javier Milei came into force, the offer of apartments intended for Income grew significantly: it grew 14.1% in April, compared to the previous month.

The supply of apartments for rent increased significantly after the repeal of the law
For its part, regarding the year-on-year increase, the neighborhoods that showed the greatest increase in the last 12 months are Agronomía and Paternal , with 306% and 278.6% respectively .
While on the opposite side , there are Boedo, San Cristóbal and Parque Chas . In this case, rents grew 179.6%, 194.3% and 197.7% respectively.
