In the interior of the country, rental rates for 1- and 2-bedroom apartments increased at a slower pace during the last quarter. Data for each type in 11 locations.

- LOCATIONS COVERED: Bahía Blanca, Bariloche, Córdoba Capital, Mar del Plata, Mendoza Capital, Neuquén Capital, Posadas, Rosario, Salta Capital, Santa Fe Capital, and San Miguel de Tucumán.
- QUARTERLY UPDATE since August 2009.

METHODOLOGY EMPLOYED: A consistent number of cases is surveyed for each location-neighborhood based on its building density in the central area or in the area recognized as having the highest presence of residential buildings in horizontal ownership. The number of cases surveyed ranges from 30 to 60, depending on the scale of the location, and is statistically predetermined as a representative sample of the historical offer. The research is conducted under the "mystery shopper" model. In all cases, the apartment must be used, part of a horizontal ownership building with a standard-quality elevator, in average maintenance condition, without parking, and the building should not have amenities.
Covered and balcony areas are checked. The units are ideally located on the floor at the building's mid-height (number of floors/2). All offers and data included in the study are verified by phone or email, following a preliminary selection from property search engines via the web or ads published in national, provincial, or local media.
Rental quotes are requested in Argentine pesos. If the price includes expenses, they are deducted. Only traditional rental contracts (36 months) are considered. Reported values are monthly and do not include commissions, deposits, or any other additional payments.
