Great channel mainly dedicated to redesigning and restoring small places, has this 56sm restoration in the outskirts of BA (a city called Temperley - know nothing of the city although looks charming from what they show). I enjoy how they made use of the space/lighting and how they kept the original charm of the building.

Thanks for sharing @FuturoBA! I did a renovation on my place in Recoleta and I never want to do that again! Renovation here not for the faint at heart!
Thanks for the link. Betsy is right. Renovating here is a complete nightmare. I've done over 100+ renovations including the complete build out of custom homes. I just bought a PH now and planning a huge renovation. Going to be a fun project but renovations are always super stressful. And now with the end of the CEPO we can have extreme inflation. In fact, I just talked to an architect friend that is walking away from a potential project as he said it will be impossible to know what labor and material costs will be like over the next few months. He doesn't want the stress.

Definitely I wouldn't do a complete or heavy renovations, but down the lines something smaller in scale where custom furniture or wall dividers would do the trick. Renovations in the states can be stressful enough and I'm sure in Argentina it's that much worse.

Here in BA people will steal the shirt off your back. People are so desperate. With this new exchange rate system all the stores have raised their prices. Inflation is going to go through the roof in April. I renovated parts of my flat. Painful. Be careful FuturoBA they take advantage of foreigners here. Work with someone that was referred.
