The demand for premium homes in the Buenos Aires real estate market focuses on these types of homes with exclusive amenities such as a swimming pool, games room and outbuildings. These types of properties are the most scarce in the city

They are functional and luxurious homes. They generally have their own amenities and service units.

The 5-room apartments attract an exclusive demand with high purchasing power, especially those who value spaciousness, multiple rooms and exclusive amenities. Although in the city of Buenos Aires there is an oversupply of real estate with more than 120,000 properties for sale, these types of homes are not the most common.

These apartments, generally located in tower buildings, are characterized by their distribution that allows the creation of floors or semi-floors, with surfaces that usually exceed 250 covered square meters.

They have at least 4 bedrooms and are ideal for large or blended families. They tend to stand out for efficient internal circulation, playroom, swimming pool and other amenities.

Currently there are less than 2,800 5-room properties that are marketed in different Buenos Aires neighborhoods.

Below, a list of the five apartments for sale in five rooms that are among the most expensive in CABA and that are published on different specialized portals.


1 - Azucena Villaflor at 500 - USD 4.5 million


It has 425 square meters, 5 rooms, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 garages. It is in the Alvear Tower, the tallest residential building in South America and $300,000 in monthly expenses are paid there.

Beautiful properties! But too much for my blood. It's amazing the amount of wealth that is in Buenos Aires. Many of my Porteño friends own a large portfolio of properties all handed down from their parents who got them from their parents.
