The 5-room apartments attract an exclusive demand with high purchasing power, especially those who value spaciousness, multiple rooms and exclusive amenities. Although in the city of Buenos Aires there is an oversupply of real estate with more than 120,000 properties for sale, these types of homes are not the most common.
These apartments, generally located in tower buildings, are characterized by their distribution that allows the creation of floors or semi-floors, with surfaces that usually exceed 250 covered square meters.
They have at least 4 bedrooms and are ideal for large or blended families. They tend to stand out for efficient internal circulation, playroom, swimming pool and other amenities.
Currently there are less than 2,800 5-room properties that are marketed in different Buenos Aires neighborhoods.
