Steve Forbes - 2 Crucial Mistakes That Could Sink Argentina's Javier Milei

I saw that. Everyone just keeps saying to dollarize but it's not as simple as that. Many people that give advice on Argentina either have never been here or don't really understand it. Things are very complex here.

He makes a great point about how bad the poverty rate is getting in Argentina. It is worse than ever. All of these measures to raise prices of everything 300% to 400% is too much too soon. Riots will break out later this year at this rate.

They only have to raise so drastically because many past Presidents were kicking the can down the road and making the issue worse. That is why we are in this mess to begin with. Most of you complaining about Milei don't have any alternative plan. What is your solution to finally solve things here? Most of my friends that are against Milei never complained as much as they are complaining now while Alberto ruined Argentina.

No doubt these big increases are difficult for many to swallow but I'm not worried about any expats on this forum.

I don't like some of your doom and gloom posts but I also think this winter will be very challenging. Prices are nuts. I bought some tomatoes today and prices are sky high. If we run out of gas for heat during one of the coldest winters it will be chaos.
