He referred to a report by the Argentine Institute of Fiscal Analysis and highlighted the importance of generating counter-cyclical funds to avoid repeated monetary issuance. He also pointed out that the years of fiscal surplus occurred during Peronist and industrialist governments, which understood the importance of managing foreign debt to control inflation.
