For the sixth consecutive year, there has been a decrease in land value. No neighborhood exceeds an average of US$1,000/m2. Palermo is the one that comes closest to that limit, reaching US$820. The neighborhood that follows with the most expensive incidence is Barrio, where the average price reaches US$802.
The lowest average incidence recorded is US$217 and occurs in Villa Lugano. A little higher is the Constitución neighborhood along with Villa Soldati with values of US$/m2 268 and US$/m2 274 respectively. These three neighborhoods are the ones with the lowest average land value in the city.
