An hour from the city and 5 minutes from the commercial center of Luján, the Grupo Dinal development surprises with apartments in the middle of greenery and excellent amenities.
Living in the middle of the forest but with all the comfort of a modern apartment just one hour from the Federal Capital is a very different residential proposal from what the market offers today. That is the concept of TAO Bosque, a project that is being developed on a 100 thousand square meter plot on Acceso Oeste and Avenida Fernández Beschtedt, very close to the commercial center of Luján.

Prices start at USD 82,200 in cash and USD 102,750 financed with a 30% down payment and the balance in 60 installments for a 2-room unit. “Moving into TAO Bosque today is truly an opportunity because construction has just begun and prices are still very low,” says Néstor Ruiz. The developer plans to deliver the first module in 2025.
As for its amenities, TAO Bosque will offer a proposal oriented towards meeting people: SUM, Kids Club, pet area, barbecue area, rooftop bar, internal paths, restaurant and a shopping mall, among others. The heated pool, of 8,000 m2 with beach, solarium, will have a cleaning system and intelligent filter that reduces the use of chemicals. Regarding comfort, owners will be offered the use of an APP for reservations (SUM, jacuzzi, sports fields), to see the entrance cameras in real time, authorize the entry of visitors, receive mail delivery alerts or be informed in real time about the temperature of the pools and jacuzzis. And those who contract the home automation package will have access to control and programming of their home's lighting, air conditioning, switching on and off appliances, simulation of presence as a security tool, smart garden, multi-room audio, and curtain control.
