In the midst of the general crisis, the Buenos Aires luxury real estate market shows signs of revitalization. It is estimated that around 10% of the 100,000 properties on offer correspond to the category where the residences have a sales value that exceeds $500,000.

Milca Gili , from the firm Intelligent, told Infobae that “luxury apartments are sought after for their good architecture or for the quality of life provided by the amenities.”


With the exception of Puerto Madero, where the sales price per square meter averages USD 5,485 and is the most expensive in Latin America , the most expensive units in CABA range between USD 2,800 and USD 3,500 per m2.

Alejandro Lekerman , from the Alvear Group, highlighted to Infobae that “this luxurious apartment is experiencing high demand from those seeking a living experience with the comforts of a 5-star hotel 365 days a year.
