In my experience, without exaggeration, I find La Americana to offer some of the best pizzas I've tasted in Buenos Aires during my year here. Unlike other pizzerias that strive for the "best pizza" by piling on more cheese, extra toppings, or extravagant ingredients, I believe that achieving the best pizza lies in simplicity — striking a fine balance between quality ingredients, precise cooking time, and just the right amount of seasonings. In this regard, I believe La Americana excels exceptionally.
The service is decent, with nothing noteworthy or reproachable. The ambiance of the place is familial, tranquil, and well-lit, boasting notable cultural and historical value as it's considered the birthplace of Argentine Rock.
